  I could not recommend Pine City Properties enough. We have rented through them for 3 out of the 6 years that we have been renting for and they were by far the best. They were very prompt in attending to any requests and remained friendly and professional at all times. They carried out regular routine inspections which many real-estates fail to do. Thank you Cassie and Josh for being so amazing, we will miss renting through you guys but will keep you in mind for down the track when we plan on renting out our newly purchased home.

  Cassie was so wonderful to deal with from start to finish. She was prompt, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I never felt like I was bothering her, or that a request was a hassle. She was always so accommodating and understanding. Would have loved to rent again through her and will be back to see the Pine City Properties when it is time to purchase our new home.

  We have been very lucky to have rented through Pine Property for over two years. We've had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Hayley, Cassie and Josh, and it has been very easy to come to them with any repair issues or changes to contractual arrangements, additionally the entry and exit processes were smooth and reasonable. I felt that the team made their best efforts to ensure that both their client (the owner) and us (the tenant) were well-looked after. I think its rare to find a team who take such a meticulous and fair approach to property management. Hopefully we can deal with them again in the future!

  Best͏ of the best
  I would give Hayley 10 stars if I could! I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
  I bought a duplex as a single first home buyer and Hayley was more helpful than anyone on my team.
  The whole process had many hurdles, Hayley went above and beyond to help however she could with any questions I had, or documents that were needed.
  She was more than happy to jump in to any situation and help, and she was super quick too!
  I felt like Hayley was working for me just as much as she was the owner.

  Hayley͏ was first class, she communicated with us regularly and was always professional
  We decided to sell our property after living there for around 20 years. I called Hayley after seeing a flyer in our mailbox. It was the smartest call I've ever made. She was there for us every step of the way and always went above and beyond what I would have expected. I would recommend Hayley to anyone wanting a positive experience selling their property.
